      How do I create Assets/Funds (Without fundraising) on the Covercy GP Platform?

      Here you will learn how to import an existing real estate syndication asset as a draft, in order to work on it and add data until it is fully updated to its current state.

      1. Select "Assets" from the top navigation in your Covercy account and Click on “Add Asset without Fundraising” to create a successfully funded or historical project.how to create an asset without fundraising-1
      2. Fill out the Form “Add Asset without Fundraising".

      TIP: Uploading photos will make your asset more recognizable.
