# How do I create Assets/Funds (Without fundraising) on the Covercy GP Platform?

## Here you will learn how to import an existing real estate syndication asset as a draft, in order to work on it and add data until it is fully updated to its current state.

1. 2. Fill out the Form “Add Asset without Fundraising".

TIP: Uploading photos will make your asset more recognizable.
