There are different procedures for cancelling money transfers before and after funds have been wired to Covercy.
If you have already deposited funds in Covercy's account and need to cancel a money transfer for any reason, please contact us at support@covercy.com as soon as possible.
If you have not wired funds to Covercy's account yet, you can cancel the money transfer from your Transfer Activity. Just log in to your account, click on the relevant transfer, then on More Actions. Finally, click Cancel transfer and confirm the action. You will not be charged any fees.
