How can I be sure the documents I sent you arrived and are valid?

Once you uploaded the documents during the online transaction creation flow, and continued to the final step in the flow (“Send Funds”), you can be assured that we have received the documents and are reviewing them.

In case you didn’t upload the required documents during the online transaction creation flow, an email will be sent to you right after the completion of the online creation transaction flow in which you will be asked to reply with the required documents attached.

We strongly recommend you to upload the documents during the online transaction creation flow as they are fundamental for approving your transaction.

Once we receive the documents our compliance team reviews them and when approved, notifies you. Be assured that we will contact you if any issue occurs.

Please make sure to submit the required documents according to the following guidelines:

  • Image file (.png, .jpg, .jpeg) or a pdf document (.pdf)
  • Maximum file size 20MB
