Canceling a transfer is quick and easy, as long as funds have not been deposited yet for that transfer.
In case you already did submit funds for the transfer, please contact us as soon as possible by opening a support ticket so we can try and halt the transfer before execution.
To cancel a transfer:
- Login to your account by typing your account email address and password.
- You will land in your Transfer Activity page. A direct link to that page is: https://app.covercy.com/dashboard .
- Identify the transfer you would like to cancel and click on it.
- Click on the "More Actions" drop-down menu, and then click on "Cancel Transfer".
- That's it - your transfer is canceled.
